Story
JSP is a locally owned and owner operated rental property company in San Angelo, Texas with one single focus…to provide safe affordable housing for San Angelo residents who have dog family and/or challenging life circumstances.
JSP was born out of the sale of Julie’s long time family business in San Angelo, Angelo Mini Storage, which was founded by her father, Dick Worley in 1977. Julie’s endeavor is to continue the family legacy of serving the Concho Valley with properties that make life better.
JSP homes are inspected, treated for rodents and insects prophylactically (not after they’re sitting at the dinner table), and well maintained. Julie manages her own properties with honesty and integrity. Problems are handled promptly and care is taken to meet Tenants’ needs.
